The SITEWORX Solutions  Origin Study

SITEWORX Solutions was founded in early 2026 in Northwest Louisiana to solve a simple problem: large worksites need to feed hundreds of workers quickly and efficiently while keeping crews on-site and the job on schedule.

Most active construction sites don’t have a kitchen, cafeteria, or infrastructure designed to feed a large and rapidly growing workforce. SITEWORX built a coordination model around a network of local restaurants, caterers, food trucks, and mobile food vendors throughout the Shreveport-Bossier area.

Proven Scalability

Our first workforce meal program launched on a major data center project in Northwest Louisiana. The program grew from 150 to more than 300 meals per day in less than three months—with not a single missed meal service to date.

Today, SITEWORX coordinates high-volume meal service for hundreds of workers each day, moving crews through service quickly and efficiently while keeping the operation organized and the jobsite moving.

Operational Excellence

Founder Hannah Walker brings a background in emergency medicine, where organization, communication, and execution under pressure are part of the job. That same operational mindset drives SITEWORX: vetted vendors, an on-site coordinator for every service, and meal counts reconciled down to the plate.

We take the pressure off project teams so they can stay focused on the work. SITEWORX serves as a single point of contact between site developers, general contractors, and food vendors—coordinating the moving pieces from start to finish.
